Quality Control of YUANZHONG Stamping Parts

​

1. Raw material inspection:

​

① Check if the packaging of raw materials is damaged.

​

② Verify if the grade shown on the raw material package is consistent with the order contract.

 

2. Strip slitting:​

 

① Upon unpacking the raw materials, inspect whether the surface coating is intact and uniform and if there are obvious indentations or large-area scratches on the surface.

​

② During the slitting process, ensure that the slitting size is within the tolerance control range three times. If there is any deviation, pack it separately.

​

③ Mark the specifications and dimensions of each piece of material after each roll of the base metal is finished.

​

④ Securely pack the material, and place the edge material in the middle to prevent damage.

 

3. Mold debugging:

​

① Clean the mold cavity before connecting the mold, check the cutting edge according to the mold usage record, and fill the mold lubricating oil.

​

② Adjust the feeding length of the feeder online according to the mold loading specification, check the leveling machine, and perform the idling test.

​

③ Once the idling runs normally, carry out the test punch by penetrating the material of the same specification.

​

④ Check the dimensions of the test punching product, including the overall length, overall width, leg length, leg width, window height, window width, and tongue width. Ensure no large area scratches or obvious indentation.

​

⑤ After everything passes the test, install the guide cage and start normal production.

 

4. Stamping production:

​

① After passing the mold test by the mold worker, hand it over to the stamping worker to begin production. Before mass production, the puncher must reconfirm whether the punching quality and specification requirements are consistent.

​

② The puncher must carry out two or three quality self-checks for each piece of material punched. If there is a quality problem, stop and adjust it in time.

​

③ Neatly stack the iron cores in each small package, and ensure the weight of each box meets the weight shown in the packaging box. Brush with anti-rust oil, seal the box on both sides and three sides in the middle, and place it neatly on the wooden frame.

​

④ Conduct random inspections of all stamping machine tools and make inspection records. (If the customer requires sampling for electromagnetic performance testing, once per batch, compare the no-load current and no-load loss according to the wire package and relevant required parameters provided by the customer to see if they are within the control range.)

​

5. Inspection and warehousing:

​

① The silicon steel sheets produced on the day will be sampled by inspectors at a ratio of 8%, and the silicon steel sheets will be inspected in detail according to the inspection standards, and the inspection records will be truthfully filled out and reported to the production department.

​

② Inspection method:

​

a. Visual inspection: The inspection result must meet the requirements of the drawings for the appearance and size of the silicon steel sheet. The surface of the silicon steel sheet should be smooth and clean, free of rust, voids, creases, indentations, delamination, bubbles, scratches, trachoma, dents, pits, pockmarks, convex hulls, with a uniform coating colour.

​

b. Instrument inspection: Compare the no-load current and no-load loss detected by the no-load tester with the wire package and relevant required parameters provided by the customer. The test data should be controlled within the range required by the customer.

​

c. Qualified products should be stored promptly, and the moisture-proof work should be done well.
